Uranus and Neptune Sky Dance

Hooray! Sailor Uranus and Neptune fanart, finally!

I realized as I began this that my small watercolors don't come out so well because I'm not using great paper. If I used great paper the color would absorb instead of sit on top of the paper...

So I went for an unusual style and just used flat light colors, and a bit of shoujo sparkle for good measure. I'm going to get good paper and do a nicer one...or eight.
